Rosalind Hoyes has been teaching Pilates in many different environments since qualifying with the gold-standard teacher trainers, Body Control Pilates, in 2004. After many years running her busy studio in Northamptonshire, she moved to rural Derbyshire and embarked on teacher training with the University of Bangor, which has an international reputation for the quality of its teacher training program. Rosalind is a qualified body control pilates instructor, mindfulness teacher, and NLP practitioner.

She now teaches her unique blend of these skills at Retreats and Workshops. These Pilates and Mindfulness retreats take place all over Britain, Morocco, Spain, and Italy with new locations currently being explored. A regular leader for numerous specialist holiday companies since 2012., she is also a tutor for Malborough Summer School. Using the combination to enable people to take a relaxing break in good company whilst improving mobility and strength. Rosalind possesses a unique skill set as an instructor. She can customize her approach to meet your specific needs, recognizing the right moments to challenge you and when to provide space.
